Lovely staff - throughout the hotel - cleaning staff, reception, pool and bar staff. Great size rooms. Good value bar. Comfy bed.

The staff were very helpful and polite. All the cleaning staff said ola or good morning to you as they passed in the corridor. A couple of them cleaned our room and put in fresh linen in minutes when we asked when we returned early and our room had not been serviced. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

- Breakfast was splendid, there is enough variety for everyone's needs/wants. - The entire staff was superfriendly, from the frontdesk to the cleaners, they always greet you with a smile. - The room itself was spacious enough, everything is new and very hygienic. Very stylish rooms, the bed was lovely! - Location was great, a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 2-3 min walk to the nearest subway station. Also close to Rambla Poblenou, a cozy street with a lot of tapas restaurants. - There was a little mix-up in the morning, which during the day i already forgot about. When i came back to the hotel, the manager Jose offered a really great solution (didn't saw that coming). Loved the delicious crispy ravioli from the restaurant! Thanks again :) Room 325

Incredibly nice and helpful staff. Great first floor space for working on a computer or small meetings. Fitness room and pool area were clean and had great vibes.

Underground parking is a plus if you come to Barcelona by car. Close to metro station. Few minutes away from the beach. The staff makes an effort to change breakfast even a little every day. All in all - great place I can recommend to anyone.

The hotel was a perfect place to stay for our anniversary. The personnel met us with fantastic news about the free upgrade of our standard room to the best room they had on the occasion of our anniversary. The next day we received a greeting and a coupon for free drinks. It was so sweet, and we felt special. Guests feel good the moment they enter the hotel - they are met with a pleasant aroma, fresh air, light music, a stylish interior, and nice personnel. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are cleaned daily. There is a coffee machine and a minibar in the room. The bathrooms are unexpectedly rather open with no doors in the shower but for a couple, it should not be a problem. The pool is rather small for swimming but can be a nice place to have a glass of cava or wine with a partner or friends. We could not imagine a better variety of food for breakfast. Worth every euro spent on them. The Bogatel and Mar Bella beaches are 10 min walk to the south from the hotel. To the north, it will take you a 10 min walk to get to a modern shopping center and Torre Agbar. If you like strolls together, the Gothic district and Sagrada Familia are within walking distance from the hotel. If not, the underground station is some minutes away from the hotel and a bus stop is just next to it.

Everything! Rooftop pool was small, but nice and relaxed vibe with attentive staff. Front desk staff were accommodating (gave great restaurant recommendations and ordered a taxi for my airport ride to make sure I got there on time). Housekeeping staff did an extremely thorough job every day. The gym though small, had enough equipment to do a decent workout. Nice to run by the beach too, which wasn’t far from the hotel. The robes, slippers and daily restocked bottled water were amazing, as was the calico zippered pouch with amenities - a lovely touch, which made me feel very welcome, and set the tone for my relaxed week in Barcelona.

The room were spacious, clean, and bed very comfortable. There is construction work going on but you can’t hear this as the windows are double glazed and sound proof. We liked the little bakery given in the room with the coffee pods and love the Ritual products. The location is in a good spot 10 mins walk to the beach and if you want to head to city centre the metro station is near by and it’s a good line to get into central 15 mins. We loved the resident area here and the local cafes and restaurants were very good. The bar food and drinks were amazing too. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back here again to stay as we have been to Barcelona more than 7 times and this place has been the best .
